Introduction to Self Defense
1st Wednesday of every month ASD will run our Fitness class as an Intro to Self Defense. **This class is perfect for New Members, Members who would like to be reeducated on the basics and guests who are interested in evaluating our classes. This class will teach basic street survival Self Defense moves against common street attacks and how to fight back effectively to eliminate any subsequent damage from your assailant. This class is very informative, upbeat and interactive. Bag work is incorporated into the class to teach striking (Offensive Tactics) such as punches, Knees, elbows and more. Class is free to members & Guests **
