Austin Self Defense classes are designed by a team of top fitness experts and self defense instructors with years of experience in helping students achieve their individual goals. All fitness classes are designed to compliment the self-defense programs and offer a full- body workout that uses:

Fast-paced drills combined with challenging bag work afford students cardio and resistance training in a single workout. Students will be punching and kicking all bag types in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Our facility is a family oriented training center and always encourages families to train together.
ASD Instructors are CPR-certified by the American Heart Association.
